Very Lazy Chickpea, Lentil and Spinach Curry
This is one of my 'go-to' quick, easy, healthy, vegetarian recipes, made even easier with Very Lazy products. I've mentioned a few times that although I'm not 'officially' vegetarian, I tend to eat veggie 95% of the time as I thoroughly enjoy it.
